Hey…i am a huge fan of jack and i think that what happened with jack is what can and does happen to us all. he had a very painful childhood. and as he got older the he tried to find answers to all the questions he faced as a kid.death, pain, loneliness, poverty, love, god, peace, blah ..blah…we all face it..he says so in desolation angels on page four, where he mentions getting to the top of the mountain to find god and instead finds himself..to quote jack on what happened to him “avoid the world, it’s just a lot of dust and drag and means nothing in the end. but what to do instead?” …..we all let things go, and picking a bottle up sometimes isn’t that bad of a friend…in the end..no matter how great we are.
