I know you can get "The Closer's Song in Canada,becase a young woman from Toronto is reading it. Maybe she got it through Barnes&Noble, I'm not sure. I know Amazon lists it on there UK site.
She went to woodstock this weekend to visit the Church I mention in the book. She writes:
... I am still reading your book .. it was a slow start not from lack of interest .. but, for lack of time ... (think back to the time when you had a five year old nipping at your heals!!) ... in the last couple of days I have read with vigor ... Chris, I LOVE IT !!!! The way you write .. I can feel like I am there witnessing "Gerald" and his various struggles with life and decisions ... I am just starting the third section.
