The in-crowd

I think that both Wolfe and Thompson are rugged-indivdualist-types that most people could benefit from their stories...reading the Koolaid Acid test was intoxicating for me because you really got a feeling for the whole Ken Kesey/Timothy Leary SanFrancisco '60s Hells Angels, etc. The only Thompson novel I've read is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, what among Thompson's books would anyone suggest next?
