is apolitical. It can't be. You like your poetry to be about meadows, sunsets, spiders' webs and nothing beyond that, I take it? My instinct is that even in the case of a spider's web you might use the image to make some point about "individual freedoms" or some such nonsense. Just a feeling. I might be wrong. You might only care about the geometry of it for all I know. Or care.
