black hollows (here i lay)

Posted to Action Poetry

stones like cankerous rocks
rise above fields
where electricity
penetrates the horizon
incubates within it
no silence no calm
is this a confession?
do you know the thief
who plucked my heart out
and shat it
upon all living creation
in shards of acid
and decay?

i feel nothing now
moreso than ever before
it feels right to me
you cannot deny
my nothingness
as i cannot deny
your somethingness
and so it goes
i walk roads
with bloody cotton swabs
for legs
arms like rancid
tree trunks
swarming with larvae
on a stormy december day
a head splitting
with images
of past incarnations
and fiery denunciations

here i lay
