H and C

Yeah, that's what I thought, but it seems like it would be more to his advantage to say the real name because it would bring back memories of the book to readers that are familiar with the T and C. The pseudonyms are all used for legal purposes, but I'm not sure what legal purposes calling the T and C "The H and C" would serve. In the Dharma Bums I'm pretty sure he references to Mexico City Blues, but I'm too lazy to go upstairs and check. It's possible that he never mentioned the title in the Dharma Bums, but I'm pretty sure otherwise.
