Some one told me way back when that Foucault's interviews and radio addresses are his most interesting and accessable stuff. I've only read 'The History of Sexuality' and various odds and ends; my all time favorite being, from a literary stand point, the very beginning of 'Discipline and Punish', which is avaliable on amazon.com via the eBook excerpt.
