If I’m not mistaken, “F/DOS” was a File / Disk Operating System distributed for the Altair peripheral drives in the late 70’s.

Either that, or Fyodor Dostoevsky, who reportedly had very little to do with computers.

(I’ve been meaning to pick up The Portable Nietzsche, but haven’t gotten to it yet.)
