You know how most NRA members say

"Guns don't kill people, people kill people"?
And they say, don't punish someone for having a gun, punish someone when they do something wrong with the gun.
And how most nations want to develope weapons for their defense, whether it be the U.S. or Russia or China or Iraq?

So do we have the right to tell a country they can't develope weapons? Or should we just watch & wait and warn them not to do anything against anyone, or then we will attack them.
George W. could show great restraint and control of his power by easing up on this thing. I believe he could do it without losing face if he handled it correctly.
