the labyrinth of myself

the beyond.
I see you,
I hear you,
and i may be able to help you
to run through, run through
and unfold
like an opening
rose in the field
run Magic run,
5 minutes of pain,
real physical strain,
5 minutes more each week will pay
your body some much needed respect,
the world is unfit,
we need to be fit,
we need to run run run through it.

(a daily 5 minute run worked for me! i've never felt better than when my body is physically satisified.)
