That Clinton admin. guy going on about the just and humanitarian war the US fought in Kosovo - the nerve! - and no body said anything!!
I seem to remember a refusal to commit ground troops!! Initially those cowardly French and us Brits contributed predominantly to the UNPROFOR while the US carped on the sidelines.
Does eventually bombing the fuck out of Serbia count as a WAR anyway?
The West was actually losing the War for the first month - until they increased the "severity" of the attacks - which as we all know increases the "collateral damage". To hold it up as some bastian of US benevolence in foriegn policy is absurd, from start to finish it was a shambles in Europe and the US - both of which who virtually ignored the attempts at peaceful protest under the Rugova's democratic party. Not till the the formation of the militant KLA (Kosvar Liberation Army) and virtual civil War
was the Wests attention gained.
