I like the one sided converstation aspect of this. It may seem a little rushed, but then again things can happen just that fast. I didnt quite get who A was, or what his significance was/is. Are he and Grant the same person?
The structure is fitting for the style, and I would love to see it performed. I think it would give it much more life and add a lot to it.
