Just finished the book.

See my post of 8 May. It's a good read, although probably not the "Great American Novel". Surprisingly, by the end of the book it is Enid who seems the most sympathetic character. There's a lot one can relate to in the book, particularly if one has watched one's parents deteriorate as they reach old age. And Chip comes good at the end!
