Posted to What Are You Reading?

the Bill Moyers interviews are wonderful. I will revisit them every once in a while, just to get injected with that unique Campbell spirit. I've seen many of his lectures on tape, but I didn't know about the Suhkavi, so thanks for the info. I've read Hero a few times, but there is a special place in my heart for world mythology. When I was growing up, my parents didn't get us children's books (I completely missed out on Roald Dahl and Shel Silverstein)-- however, we always had these beautiful mythology books lying around...especially, of course, Greek...I was captured by that world from the get-go...By the way, there's a great documentary on J.C.'s life called The Hero's Journey...great life and a great inspiration.
