Well, I can see where you're coming from, and I can understand why someone might not like it. In fact, I'm not sure if I liked it myself. But I think that he was too junked up to make it sound junked up. You know what I mean? I'm sure he didn't even remember what he wrote. He wrote most of it on napkins in restaurants and sent the scraps to Allen Ginsberg, who got it published in the U.S. So he probably had no idea what was in the book.
