the last time i commited suicide

hi.
i've been looking for a copy of that cassady's letter to kerouac which is usually called "the last time i commited suicide" (i may be altogether wrong & no such letter may in actual truth exist --which would go on to explain why i cannot find it....).
could anybody out there direct my search? thanks so much.
