good idea. if you want to be entertained with great ideas read nietzsche, if you just want great ideas read Sarte. if you havent read nietzsche before i would highly recommend not beginning with BG&E. i would ask you to first red Kaufman's -Nietzsche: Philosopher, Psychologist, Antichrist- then begin with some of N's earlier works, BT or his first Meditation. if you are unable to spend this much time on N many would say, as well as N himself, not to bother. in my opinion, the book which is very readable and a great overview of his philosophy is the Gay Sceince. for a first read, if not willing to start from the beginning, the GS is much better than BG&E.
