Rimbaud is by far my favorite poet. I think Illuminations is the greatest acheviement by a poet since Blake.

Wuthering Heights in my opinion is the greatest novel ever written. Its a modernist novel written at the apex of romanticism (and it shows) anticipating the critique of the emerging Victorian society. Not to mention the fact that its lyrical, beautiful, touching, psychologically astute, and just an absorbing read. It's even more impressive once you consider that Emily Bronte was barely 20 when she began writing it and it was her first and only novel.
