What do you mean by "help you publish"? If worse comes to worse, you can always get into whatever word processing program you use, turn the page sideways (landscape it) and figure it out from there. It's a pain in the butt, because you have to figure out how many pages you have, where the blank ones are, etc. Still, it works.

Microsoft Publisher, Quark, etc. are easier to work with.

Not sure what sort of advice you're looking for. Kinkos is a good place to publish, fairly cheap, and guarentee on low runs (major printing companies tend to only guarentee on runs of 500 or more.), but CopyMax, I'm sure is equal. I've had problems there, though, so don't go to the one on Mayfield Rd. in Cleveland. ;-)
