take of those literary gloves and prove your might
squeeze those lids down while clenching both fists
pound, beat, search in darkness till all knuckles bleed
swing with fantastic conviction
dodge nothing
stand, recieve what ever blows may dare be thrown
on the chin
in an eye
possibly even inside
TAKE IT ALL
WIPE WHATEVER DRIPS OF CRIMSON
wept through your skin
then fuckin smile
and pull out your fuckin pen.
