I think I was talking about
how, and when America got involved in these countries. I think that the U.S. waited way too long to get involved in Bosnia. (And, while, yes, the U.S. did help the Moslems, they also helped many (non-Serb) Bosnians, and also Bosnian Croats, many who were hurt in different ways, as well, during the War, in addition to the Bosniaks). Meanwhile, the former-Yugoslavia's economy is still in shambles. I think how the U.S. went into Somalia was a bit sketchy, but something good did come in the end. It's too bad that it did not have good long-term effects. Who knows the reason why this is.
