a well consolidated summary of GeeDubya's military career

In http://www.litkicks.com/BeatPages/board.jsp?what=PoetryAndPolitics (october '03)"LIVING IN A PARALLEL UNIVERSE" I'd done writing about my Air Force pilot service and the President's basing my assessment of his time upon an incomplete but official listing of military records, which it now seems were purportedly expunged in the late 1990s to avoid controversy and embarassment pending his run for the presidency. Based upon the astounding compilation from Dick McManus (THANKS DAVE,{Dave Collins, Vietnam Vets against the War, Texas} REMEMBER THE ALAMO!!!!) I will rewrite my essay also in a more CRISP style for accuracy and valididity. I've included the beginning just now to show you how it starts.
But first I have to say the obvious. According to the excerpt from McManus's researches's and based upon the testimony of the book
Fortunate Son: George W. Bush and the Making of an American President
by J. H. Hatfield, Greg Palast (Afterword) our president got busted for cocaine in late 1972 and was sentenced to do community service in Houston as a deal worked out via his dad and the presiding judge. He was perhaps unable to take his flight physical due to his preoccupation with partying and propensity for cocaine.

"In Bush's annual efficiency report, for the period May 1, 1972, to
April
30, 1973) the two supervising pilots did not rate Bush for the prior
year, writing, ''Lt. Bush has not been observed at this unit during
the
period of report. A civilian occupation made it necessary for him to
move to Montgomery, Alabama. He cleared this base on 15 May 1972...
There is no doubt that Bush was in Houston in late (December)1972 and
early 1973. During that period, according to Bush's autobiography, he
held a civilian job working for an inner-city, anti-poverty program in
the city.
Bush's two superior officers declared him absent for the full year and
the Bush did not tell his Commander(s) he had moved back to Houston
(emphasis added) " .

Traveling in a parallel universe, may the farce be with you....

As young men, President Bush and I traveled somewhat parallel paths, both young men, but he became the president and I became a cancer nurse who called off work the last two days having some energy disruptions, I guess, wired and tired. Meditations are in order.

I graduated from pilot training in Texas in May of '70....class "70-08" Randolph Air Farce Base, San Antonio, and volunteered for Vietnam as a cargo pilot.

Dubious Dubya also trained somewhere in Texas and got an F-102 "fighter" assignment in the Texass Air National Guard. Guarding what is the question".
