the day that superman died......

Posted to Tribute to Ken Kesey

one flew over
words in theatre
while sometimes
someone very significant
has a great notion
indeed, proving
the inside of caverns
inside a demon box
are adorned
with all of us

no further inquiry
required, while truth
is fired dead on,
playing pranks
with the price of a soul

there are no
used books to sell
at a garage sale!
no! they are treasures kept
on bookshelves in the inside
of hearts,

a sailor singing
a tornedo of real,
the audience
from mindstream
to soul gleam,
past the ever of

all now standing
to applaud

by the loss
and the gain
of all he gave

this is the day
that superman died

(for ken kesey..... in tribute)
