the earth is here
for us to walk on
to hold us up
to keep us from falling
into hell
or else
to keep us grounded
to give us a place
to piss when there's no plumbing
to lay when there's no bed
to admire when theres no woman
to stand when theres no house
tree hugging
is for lopsided bears
weary from fighting
or drunk
the earth is here
to give us a reason
to stay out of holes
and i'm gonna,
and i'm gonna.
