get all of this back? That's what I want to know. Best-case scenario: various A.B.B. campaigns are successful, and people actually show up to vote. Kerry is elected president. Can he undo this nonsense?... the threat of outrageous fines against networks and affiliates for so-called "indecent" output contained in shows they have no direct control over (not to mention who defines "indecent")... and these fines inevitably passed on to the individual disc jockeys and producers and talk show hosts (whoever isn't fired), the way any sensible corporation passes on costs, thereby squelching the first amendment rather soundly? Would Kerry even address this? How hard is it to regain civil rights after they have been taken away?
