I have observed that black people can be among the most racist and oppressive, especially when occupying some small administrative or authoritative position like a cop or a bureaucrat.

my point is that groups that are habitually or historically oppressed should be among the most sympathetic to this situation, but they aren't.
It's like you would think that people who have experienced child abuse would want to stand up against it, and many do, but also some perpetuate the cycle by abusing others.
