it can be turned into a joke, then it is just another step towards forgetting why we supposedly made this war in the first place. If he is allowed to turn this into a punchline, then he's gotten away with his lies.

And George Bush has a history of callousness, like the time he mocked the final pleas of a woman on Death Row in Texas.

I wish these weren't the rules of the game, but they are. Howard Dean was savaged and endlessly mocked for an overly enthusiastic yell, George Bush makes an insenstive joke, he deserves the same.

And imagine the reaction, even now, if Clinton made a joke about getting a blow job.

Like I said, I don't like the rules of the game, but they are what they are, and I'm sick of watching the other guys win all the time.
