ultimately decide the fate of the children who depend on them. abortion is a bad by-product of the human's unique ability to reason. the fact that it's common doesnt mean that it's immune to morality.
but i hear you about it not being a societal thing. i guess just the current society mantra about it is pretty selfish.
of course, the very action of it is inherently selfish, which we could compare to suicide, which, by the way, i would attach less of an absolute morality to. in other words, i'd have a harder time defining suicide as morally wrong than i have defining abortion as morally wrong.
