find us sticking
like worker bees
to
glaring signs
they made for us to feel
down
so long it will look
like up

while some lonely
and weird tune
might find us
unprepared
for a turn

to escape

our self weak in
addiction
to the hormones’
song ruling itself
in circles
commanding to
give
in and
dissolve
