Fickle furry feline
Vessel of temptation
Clawing at my clammy breast
With vicious claws
Like evil whores
Sublime and yet ridiculous
So humble but so vain
With flashing eyes
Tail whips my thighs
Yet I relish all this pain
You take me and you use me
My parasitic “friend”
Tamping on my eiderdown
Far too torn to mend
But then to earn
Your company
I must fulfil all your greedy wishes
Knowing that no thanks
Will come my way
And you’ll kill the birds and fishes
As a simple sign of superiority
A survivor to the end
O fickle furry feline
You drive me round the bend.
