believe it or not, I learn from this kind of analysis

I say siphoned because I think $45 for a three dollar case of cokes is a little hard on the pocket of the taxpayer.

Historically, most mature societies have become oligachies. This is because power and wealth trickle up instead of down, as the Reagan conservatives would have you believe. So, power inevitably migrates into the hands of the wealthy few. This is the reason why socialism makes sense. It is an ongoing system to distribute the wealth to the middle rather than the top.
