Sure it's likely. Who needs the trouble of being harrassed by a coterie of players like Lybia as a worldwide protector of human rights or Saddam's Iraq in charge of disarmament. The UN's a zoo in that respect; the U.S. ignores this court very justifiably, I think. If the UN continues in the direction, it'll simply be defunded at some point, or even abandoned. The western democratic countries can set up their own UN, and the rest (north koreans, mullahs, jihadis, arab beheaders, etc.) can go jump in a lake as far as I'm concerned.
