Well, I took pieces from several books. They're all within the last 30 years. Unfortunately, most of Basho's stuff wasn't translated until recently (in literary time). Here's my info:
"The Essential Haiku" translations by Robert Hass, 1994, The Ecco Press
"A Haiku Journey" translations by Dorothy Britton, 1974, Kodansha Ltd.
"On Love and Barley: Haiku of Basho" translations by Lucien Stryk, 1985, Penguin.
I'm no expert, but since this is a non-profit site, wouldn't it be okay to put published materials out there?
