so i forgive you…tee hee

but if you really take poety seriously
and you really want to live the life of a poet
and; well, all i can say is that it is a long
hard road, and as William Everson said
it is a vocation, and if you just write to
express a feeling of lost love that’s ok
that’s your choice, and perhaps that’s all you
need, as a source for your imagination, and
intellect, however and this is true that pain
in a universal experiance, and we all have our stories
and our share of the loss and take, its what you do
with that, how you deal with it, how you grow from it
that is mirrored in your poetic words; if it wasn’t
for poetry I would have lost my cookies a long time ago
it kept me alive, it kepted me going through the
darkest periods in my young life, and the years of
feeling adrift, and never feeling like I knew if it
would ever matter shit to a tree, it still gave me
will to be myself, i have seen people become totaly
lost, poet friends along the road, I do not know your
intension, and I do not know your situation, but all
I can say is that for me poerty IS my life, and I
am not some university graduate, and I struggle just
live, and as far as the people that get published out
there, well that is also a meat grinder rat ass, apology to the rat!…
