lost without her plants

she lived among jungles
dangled by vines
caressed by petunias
she breathed in jasmine
lemon balm, melissa moments
struck clocks within

she’s lost now
rains flooded her empty
she’s dried off
alone
plants flew off
residing
in some others sphere

she’s alone
photosynthetically
her greens gone
chlorophyll collapsed

poor woman
friend from rainforest
solitude in suburbia
