Your voice is intact and echoing
Your voice gobbles the digits and sings
Two feet spread and inviting
Your pictures all over the internet
In boxes crap relaxed and yearning
With meat beat imagination exchanging

Friendly dildos and touch-ups won’t give
You my address in care of a sympathetic friend
And no phone number at night.
Fixed lure of digits longing and deceptive
Your voice and your face and your waistline
Touched up on the network trout stream
Names repeated; names deleted for discretion
Complicated and simplified by a button
Codes misplaced and as long as I’m here
I may as well fuck you even though there is no
Attraction; a victim denied and wanting.

Lonely does not equal stupid.
Desperate tapping notes in bottles
Launched and hoping for return.
Like emails dangling in lonesome boxes
Binary crash of motel rooms and deception
Photos on file for exchange and publication
Set your preferences and foil your history
Hide your contact list of assumed names
It’s all the same
It’s all the same in the end.
Substance conquers vapor.
