Third day and night with no sleep.
Perhaps one hour last Monday. It
is amazing how the body and mind can
stay focused at all. I have no drugs
in my system including caffene. It
has been my experience that acceptance
is the only requirment here. Just one
of those bad patches where the entire
system must repair itself. Lots of
fresh water helps also.
