think of it this way… your on the right track and now have a ‘method’ for mediating your … essence.

So, now that you can see this essence, by writing with sentience in mind, you begin to grow… to find things out about yourself and the world… how you right, and what you write?… your method (mindset towards writing) will make both fluctuate; you develop faster, discover quicker, have epiphanies that change your content, and this content will change the next writing, and so on…
