simply….simple simplicity


close your eyes…..watch


see the thoughts pass by

non attachment

let them go

—at their own accord


shhhh….still your Self

you are OK

nothing will happen – let go

no thing is all that matters

now





let it ride




it’s not yours…..


never has been



just you and stillness



and then –



shhhh….quiet


so quiet


your body is alright


the heart beats without your mind


your breathing requires no thought


abandon ideas – desires….


they will stop you……let them go



ahhh….




can you feel it….?



it so quiet now…….ommmmm



the one sound – mother of language


whispering from the silence


the womb of all life


where everything began



…….stillness….


nothing is yours


everything is right NOW…..

…..




…..hmmmm…



no needs, no wants, no desires……



no body to worry about


no thing – absolute stillness…..



deeper…….go deeper……


(your mind a mine)



no digging……just dig it



pure – pure – pure –



clear



you are clear



this is life



complete




you have reached




light




so bright




attracted




the light




the original light



holy light



you are home



at last



now



forever




for



you
