i think for me helping others search for there own answer is what helps me find mine, i do it almost intierally for myslef, it i think just terns out to lead the other person when really its me talking to myself out loud. oh and about responding and people skippiingo ver things i think what sticks in my mind at least in my reply is the very last thing a person says, so my sug would be to put important things last or do a sum up if your like me and are just typing in the order things come to you, if thats how you work.
