He hit the nail on the head with that, eh?

“Laugh often and much…” couldn’t agree more. Laughter is such an important part of our lives…witness those that don’t have the ability and you’ll see sickness, fear, desolation – seriousness is a dis-ease of the mind, unable to cope with life and your life will cripple you.

“….win the respect of intelligent people…”, that would bring a smile to a soul wouldn’t it? To know that you are ‘alright’…your thinking is not crazy, disturbed, full of shit…. to have someone that is knowledgeable say to you, “hey, you’ve got something there. Pretty clever, smart.” Positivism is so important in our personal growth.

“…the affection of children…” well, hell yes! Children are the essence of innocence…that quality within that has no doubts, no fears, full of wonderous questions about life…always eager to know…. If we could all regain that innocence – trash the conditioning that we have all endured to reach our present state. How can we possible “..leave the world a better place” without that joy of life, the innocence of the child, the laughter of humanity ringing in our ears?

A wise conclusion, Mr Emerson.
